Terms and Conditions for Soul Support Sessions:

1. Though Soul Support Sessions can feel therapeutic, they are NOT intended as Therapy or treatment for any medical or psychological conditions, nor is Courttani a certified Therapist. These sessions are not a substitute for professional advice. Anyone in need of diagnosis or treatment of psychological conditions is encouraged to seek out a qualified professional. 
2. Any actions taken or decisions made resulting from discussions during Soul Support Sessions, and any consequences thereof, are solely the responsibility of the Client. Courttani may give opinions, suggestions, or advice, but Clients are responsible for their own choice to act on them or not. 
3. Upon booking a Soul Support Session, you are obligated to notify Courttani in advance if you are unable to attend, or if you need to reschedule. Any donations made are non-refundable if no advance notice is given of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the agreed upon session time. 
4. Anything discussed within a Soul Support Session stays within the Support Session, no recording of the session or photography is allowed without express permission from Courttani. Courttani will not share or distribute your personal information. Courttani may use information discussed during your session as general examples for social media posts and advertising purposes, no personal or identifying information will every be included. Courttani will ask your permission before taking any screenshots, photos, recordings, or videos of sessions for advertising purposes.
5. Courttani reserves the right to report your information and details shared during a session to the proper authorities if she believes you are a danger to yourself or others. 
6. Courttani reserves the right to refuse Soul Support Sessions to anyone for any reason. 
7. Courttani reserves the right to terminate or cancel Soul Support Sessions without notice or refund if Clients are disrespectful, threatening, or harmful in any way.

Terms and Conditions for Herbs, Herbal Blends, Teas, and Custom Tea orders:

1. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 
2. Any information written on this site is not intended to diagnose, treat, sure, or prevent any disease.
3. Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens, including but not limited to nuts, herbs, and other plant materials. We strongly recommend that individuals with allergies or sensitivities carefully review ingredient lists and consult with a healthcare provider before consuming our products. We cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. By purchasing from this store, you agree that Courttani's Corner is not liable for any allergic reactions, side effects, or adverse reactions to our products. 
4. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, may become pregnant, have any medical conditions, or are taking any medications, we strongly recommend that you consult a healthcare provider before consuming our products. By purchasing from this store, you agree that Courttani's Corner is not liable for any drug interactions, side effects, or adverse reactions to our products. 
5. Courttani is not liable for any adverse reactions, side effects, allergic reactions, or medication interactions resulting from herbs recommended by her on their own or in custom blends.
